Joii App

UI and UX design for VET-AI’s veterinary mobile app, Joii.

Joii was developed to give pet owners fast, intuitive access to veterinary care, including video consultations and a symptom checker to help identify potential health concerns.

The app features a clean, minimal design with a white background, generous white space, and blue typography, creating a professional, clinical feel that inspires trust. At the same time, custom illustrations and playful icons bring warmth and personality to the experience, making complex veterinary information approachable and engaging.

The project included the creation of over 300 custom icons, illustrations, and infographics, designed to simplify and clearly communicate the signs of various pet illnesses.

Alongside the app design, the Joii brand identity was fully developed, establishing a refreshed visual language and a foundation for future growth - including new mascots, UI layouts, and expanded brand assets - ensuring the brand remains cohesive, approachable, and professional while engaging the users at every touchpoint.
